Our fees
How North Star Realty is paid depends on who hires us. Here is exactly how it works, so there are no surprises.
Renting
If you hire us to find you an apartment, our fee is one month's rent plus VAT. If a landlord hires us to find a tenant, the landlord pays one month's rent plus VAT. Whoever hires us pays.
Buying (including investment properties)
If you hire us to find you a property, our fee is 2% of the purchase price, paid by the buyer.
Selling
If a seller hires us to sell a property, our fee is 2% of the sale price, paid by the seller.
